Common problems
The CalGantt menu does not appear
Reload the spreadsheet, then look in Extensions → CalGantt. Right after installing, open a new spreadsheet if the menu is still missing.
Nothing opens, or “Authorization is required”
This usually happens when you are signed in to several Google accounts in the same browser: add-ons run with the default account. Open the spreadsheet in a private window signed in to one account only, or sign out of the other accounts.
A calendar or a task list is missing
Open Calendars and settings and tick it. On the free plan you can show 2 calendars or task lists; holiday and other read-only calendars do not count. Only calendars you can see in Google Calendar are listed.
My change does not show in Google Calendar
CalGantt saves each change at once. Reload Google Calendar in your browser. In CalGantt, the ↻ button reloads the latest data from Google.
I changed or deleted something by mistake
Press Ctrl+Z or click ↶ in CalGantt: you can undo your last changes, even a deletion.
The print window does not open
Your browser blocked the pop-up. Allow pop-ups for docs.google.com, or use the PNG export.
Do my guests get an email when I move a meeting?
No. CalGantt never sends invitations, updates or cancellations. If guests need to know, tell them, or change the meeting in Google Calendar.
License keys
In CalGantt, click the star button at the top right (“Upgrade” or “Trial”), then “Already have a key? Enter it here”. A key works for the Google account it was bought for (or for your company domain with Team). Lost your key? Write to us from the same email address.
Your data
To remove CalGantt’s data from a spreadsheet: Calendars and settings → Remove my data from this spreadsheet. To uninstall: Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons → CalGantt → Uninstall. More in the privacy policy.
