Install CalGantt

Two minutes, with the Google account you already use.

Coming soon. CalGantt is being reviewed by Google and will be on the Google Workspace Marketplace soon. This page will then link straight to it. Want to know when it is ready? Write to [email protected].

Three steps

  1. Install. Open the CalGantt page on the Google Workspace Marketplace and click Install. Choose your Google account, read the permissions and click Allow. You can also do it from Google Sheets: Extensions → Add-ons → Get add-ons, then search for “CalGantt”.
  2. Open. In any Google Sheet (a new one is fine), click Extensions → CalGantt → Open Gantt chart. The first time, choose the calendars and task lists to show.
  3. Plan. Drag a bar to move an event, stretch it to change its length, double-click to edit, or click + Task. A short “first steps” card guides you inside CalGantt.
